I've been hunting down the best Hoosier Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich in Indiana. This one did NOT disappoint. By far the most TENDER one I've tried... and pretty thick. Seasoning was great,... salt and pepper, only, (I'm guessing). Perhaps a hint of garlic powder. It wasn't near as thin as Edinburgh (which is supposedly the best in the state).... but I didn't like theirs... tasted more like a fritter that you get out of the frozen dept. So thin you could see light through it. Don't waste your gas going to Edinburgh. And i have to mention the beer-battered fries... oh my, they were delicious! I would've been happy just eating the fries. I'd never even heard of beer-battered fries. I highly recommend Hoosier Bar & Grill. I also give a shout-out for KEYLA, the bartender that waited on me. I probably have her name totally wrong. But she was super friendly. A great server!
I was fortunate enough to have a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich when I was a child, as my parents grew up in southeastern Indiana. Having resided in Tennessee for most of my days I never have the opportunity to get one sadly. Wife and I stopped in here and I was completely satisfied with their tenderloin sandwich. Perfectly cooked, massive in size and taste
The people are real friendly, there's always someone that would like to shoot pool with you, the bands are awesome and there's usually no cover charge and their burgers are fantastic, Best I ever had and I'm picky. Just a great place to go in Ellettsville
Service was a little slow, but honestly whatever. Only reason I gave 4 on the service is because our appetizer came out after our meal. But hot damn, let me tell you. Lived in Indiana my whole 30 years and never had ...

Ordered the catfish sandwich and it was perfect. Lightly fried with a great seasoning for the batter. Mine with onion and pickles. The tartar sauce was fantastic! I do recommend stopping in when you are in the area.
Excellent Food Fast Friendly Service. My husband had The Philly, which he enjoyed. Fries were delicious so I had to steal/help him with them. I had a bowl of chili which was very good, especially on this rainy day. Already planning what we'll try next time we're in.
